"Zero" autoformer connection

To those of you using the Zeros, what do you use to connect them within close proximity to the amp? A short jumper I presume, of what material I also presume is personal taste. Anyone make an appropriate jumper? Maybe someone out there has already tried several designs and came to a conclusion? thanks
