To all the loyal supporters of Ralph Karsten. I think that we share in the relief and happy fact that Ralph is back doing what he does best-----building and supporting his hand made products. But as Ralph goes forward we all must not forget how easy it is that ones life can be changed so quickly to the negative. Therefore, we all must support Ralph by either buying or spreading the word how good the Atma-sphere products are. Not only is the poduct superior, the after the sale support is without question----The Best In The Industry----if their was an award for this type of support, Ralph would win hands down every time. Ralph's "Twenty Year Rule" means more to him that just words on his web site----he will back it up with his hands on approach to customer support. So in closing, SUPPORT THE PRODUCT !!!!!
