She has put out a tribute cover album.

A couple of months behind but hey if I missed some of you might have too. She always sort of reminded me of a female Tom Petty.

TP was 3 years older and had his first LP 3 years before she did. She will have a longer career. Two of my favorite artists of all time ( there might be 20 on that list ).

Great songwriter.
First listen was her " World without Tears" have been a fan ever since.
Most notably West, Ghosts of highway 20, with the incorporation of Bill Frisell on guitar with his unique play also Greg Lietch? On slide guitar. These are wonderful recordings.

Have most of her albums on both formats.
Like Tom Waits and Van Morrison.she has a vast decades spanning catalog.

Im not a big Tom Petty fan but ill have to give this a go!
Regards,
/// Tim W. ///

Lucinda Williams is well past her prime at this point. But back in the day....wow!
