This was Sunday.

Saturday we had blackened mahi-mahi which I had never done before. I just saw this giant fresh fillet in the seafood counter and asked the guy to bag it. It blackened really well. I'm starting to think that anything blackened works.

The rack looks great. If you have leftovers go for BBQ rib fried rice. My family likes it as much as the rib dinner.

Some girl told me that years ago. Now I know what she was talkin' about.

Unfortunately, I don't have most of the ingredients. I'll have to plan for that next time I do ribs.

Everything good is bad for you. That is life. I only used a sprinkling of spice on mine. My wife got the full treatment. I guess I should have boiled mine in plain water and eaten it with a spoon, but I didn't.

If they taste as good as they look (perfect IMHO) you had a treat^, posted on June 14, 2021 at 21:29:46
