Presume Tennis lovers are watching the Djoko vs Tsitsipas Finals. Time for raised BP.

Cheers

I was talking with one of my kids about this yesterday, and he was saying that, when Sampras retired, he was thought (by some) to be the greatest player of all time and that his 14 Grand Slam wins in the open era might never be surpassed. And now, we've got THREE players from the next generation who have handily surpassed Sampras in Grand Slam wins: Federer with 20, Nadal with 20, and Djokovic with 19 (including today's French Open title). Amazing - who would ever have thought this would happen?

I still think Laver is the greatest. I have seen him at US Open playing on grass with that favorite racquet of mine the Dunlop Maxply. But then he was such a good volleyer who wouldnt allow the present day players to get away with their baseline rallies. Laver even put away the fantastic ground strokes of Ken Rosewall. If he had not lost 6 years due to the professional status, he would have won the Super Grand Slam 8 times. But then his left wrist is the same size as Joe Frazier's!!

But then if John McEnroe were a good boy he would have been the greatest!

Cheers
