So Microsuck has eaten 90% of my monthly gdata with the updates.
I am sitting outside a library using free WiFi to go online.
(and finish the Microsuck updates)

Naturally the updated MURDERED my Windows 7 games AGAIN.
Thank you Microsoft for giving me something and someone to HATE with all my being.

Mocrosoft software is the biggest b.s. garbage crap out there, posted on July 20, 2017 at 13:13:27
I have been using Google Chromebooks and Google Chromeboxes for many years now.

I quit my job 4 months ago, one of the reasons besides the stress was that the place was a Microsoft shop, band aid slapped together crap software that never worked right, every year we had days were no one could use their computers because of virus or some other crap, and they had us stay there instead of sending us home, so we get in the next day and nothing worked again.

It is the fisher price of software, bad aided crap for children, and they would talk about world class software stacks. Etc. I call it b.s. Buzzwords mean nothing when your software is a piece of shit.

Anyway, my rant is over too, sorry.

edit-

Microsoft not Mocrosoft,

Micro$oft

their software experts make garbage money, and it is crap. Most companies don't want to pay for real software and real developers and real mission critical software stacks.

So they'll ALL eventually go out of business because they can't keep up.

Since I only play music with this computer, I also got tired of the many updates so I just turned them off...

Windows also thinks JRiver Media Center is a hostile evil program so I stopped using their aiti-virus program... I only use the latest Malwarebytes 3.0 Premium ( not the free version) ...

Upon trying to update and install W-10, my computer crashed out and had to be serviced.

Bastards installed Windoze 10 on my laptop when I was out running errands. Hated it with a passion. Somehow got rid of it (prolly from advice I got here).

MS Outlook email search has stopped working on about 6 or so machines. Nothing but uninstalling and reinstalling new Office will fix it.
Yay Microsoft.

On the upside, if there ever is one, I allowed the full Win 10 big system update last week and my laptop does actually seem to run better now!

The last time I launched Windows 10 it gave me a heads up that there's a "Creators Update" on the horizon.

Glad I run a Mac as my daily driver while Windows 7 & 10 reside in virtual machines that I can easily roll-back when something goes wrong.... and something often goes wrong ;-)

a 12-13 YO antiquated Mac OS 10.4 and wondering why people bother with Microsoft.

Never had a problem with this machine but then I don't ask much of it.

My ancient laptop, which is NEVER used online any more seems perfectly happy with Win2k Professional SP2 or whatever.

My iMac is a '09 and running the highest OS it'll take. 10.10? 10.11?
Too much is never enough

Microshaft's SW isn't wonderful, way too much code, but when I became an IT person, back in the 1990s - Apple eqp't wasn't in the race, for someone dealing with lots of orgns and their IT posture.

I dislike Apple's desire to capture me for everything, Itunes, the cloud, etc.

So, I put up with MS.
