Flaxseed. Among other things is is a great source of fibre. Some who find psyllium to be a problem may find flax won't cause gas and bloating.Edit: One needs to grind the brown flax, fine IMO before mixing it in a blender with water and gulping it down.

Try making a capacitor out of some. Should have an effect on pacing an timing.

Oh wait, that's a flux capacitor.

Flax is a popular ingredient for addition to bread. Some bakers suggest using milled flax seed on the premise that flax seed is said to exit your digestive tract before it can be fully processed.
