That is a very nice shot! With a little accent light, and crop it to remove the greenery, it could be an excellent shot suitable for framing.

If you don't mind me asking, what kinda macro lens and camera setup did you use?

Thanks!

This is my current setup:

Gorgeous.

If you aren't quite noticing or accepting what is really going on in the present,
but are responding based on your thoughts or feelings about what ought to be,
then you are apt to collide with what is really going on.

It's a stock Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ18 that's several years old and banged up.

It does have a Leica lens that loves daylight and I do take many pix of whatever subject
I (hope) will turn out.

Complete P&S as I have NO photography skills beyond that since my monkey brain lacks... discipline.

I LOVE the serendipitous aspect of spontaneous pix and will only spend a couple minutes
on any one thing - lately roses.

They either turn out or not and I'm lucky (and blessed) that some turn out good.

Listen to me: That is a great shot. Very well done. Crop it, frame it, and sell it.
