I hope they find caring homes.

Blame Joseph Lucas ;-)

He's probably the reason that most of these cars have been sitting there.

Cheers,

First car was a Triumph Spitfire and second was a Fiat Spider 2,0. Both in pic. They were both project cars. After that 2 Matias. You can just drive and enjoy them. The pic brings back memories.

Kids don't get beaters to work on in suburbia anymore. What a shame.

Ale is served at cellar temperature in the UK, as they are intended to be, so you can actually taste something. Cool but not so cold, as the you can't taste them, overly sweet old-fashioned lager style beers of America.

And I have tried the beers of both countries, have you!?

Name ONE American beer that has been world famous for any length of time?!

I'm figuring that soon you'll be petitioning the Bored to have Central's heading amended to read, "Other than religion, politics, and humor" as taboo subjects.

The very old joke I posted was poking fun at the notoriously poor quality of Lucas electronics. Nothing about beer, really, other than it's something some people keep in a refrigerator.

I was hoping that after your holiday you'd come back renewed and refreshed. But after reading your reply, and the one you made regarding FenderLovers golf shot trick .gif, it seems you came back itching to be contrary.

Everything OK? I hope so.

I'm honored.

If you mean I'm nuts, well, no argument there!

And it wasn't a holiday, for me.

But I do see your point.

Right on, Tim. I find that about 56 degrees F is where the malt sugars start to really become evident. Colder than that and mostly what I get is only the bittering. As for American beers, at least the national brands, there's no other way to drink them except very cold as they mostly taste like shite.

Tim,

I would think being tired would be expected, no? Given that the long-term prognosis is good, from what you have told us, there is light at the end of the tunnel. As others have offered, "Hang in there!"

A bunch of us went out for dinner with a co-worker last night. He wasn't feeling well, so the doctors drew out some fluid they found near his lung. Stage four cancer. He's not coming back to work, and they don't give him any hope. It reminds a man to be grateful, and enjoy today. It did me, anyway.

Again, hang in there, keep taking care of yourself, and get better!
