I don't know if you all who live in the USA know about Calzones, they are glorious.

I love them. 40 years ago the NYC Calzones tasted better than the present ones. Had more depth. So did Hero Sandwiches.

Cheers

As long as you realize all the Calzones you have there are all in imagination.

Hmm, I wasn't alive then.

I'm sure the food was quality and natural back then. Even in the 80s when I was young I remembered butchers, remember butchers? Hrmph

Here in Milwaukee there are restaurants that sell ponzerattaa. Like a Calzone but deep fried. On so good! They worth the health risk. Just an occasional treat. Eat them all the time and end up with your cardiologist on speed-dial.

That sounds exquisite, maybe it should come with a statin pill, hah! Very cool. I don't have the skill or I would make my own, I might try to make my own pizza soon though. Pizza dough, some ragu and cheese and all kinds of toppings like sandwiches and filet mignon, heh.

It makes homemade pizza easy. You need a very hot surface or a perforated pan to have a crispy crust.

In the Spanish 'slang', Calzones are your Underwear.

Been eating inside-out pizza for years. I like it with a sauce / cheese topping.
