Is PWK's little bastard suitable for 80Hz and up hi-fi duty ?

or was the LB76 just an aborted PA toy with lumpy LF response? the folding was not severe - 1/4 wave path quite short but PWK specified it for 70Hz with its back chamber reduced to 25l and a JBL M151 ($69 from that "tent sale" long ago)
