contacting Wavebox

have seen in past forums where members have had problems contacting Wavebox and most of the time it was due to a bad email address. I see on the the Wavebox site a yahoo.com address and tried to contact him last week and still no reply. is he just slow to return emails or is business that busy and doesnt have time to reply ? anybody have these speakers and if so, how are they ?
