sacd and 100k tweeters

Does anybody have any experience with 100k tweeters.
My tweeters go up to 45k and i have recently added a pair of pioneer pt r 7 ribbons with x over at 20k.
the results are subtle and engaging but not overwhelming.
The pioneers go up to 110k and have a sensitivity of 95db compared to the fostex which go to 45k and have a sensitivity of 105db so could be a mismatch of sensitivities leading to the current results.
Could also be that the information above 20k on the e bibb sacd is not great. But thankfully the difference between the cd layer and the sacd layer is vast and to the benefit of sacd. So i should be happy

I should imagine that there will be a lot of not best pleased bats departing the neighbourhood.

The added 'air' that you might gain will be dependent on the rest of your system being able to reproduce such high frequencies.

A 10dB difference in sensitivity added to the ears falling responce much over 15K will probably play it's part in being 'underwelmed' by the new addition.

Maybe some Johnsons cotton buds would help! Ha Ha
