it's surely viable.

Doesn't perform like the latest RPi boxes, but good is still good. :)

Lower noise, extended bass response, improved dynamics, higher resolution. Visit the PC Forum where you'll find lots of information.

I retired the last of my Squeezebox Touch players last month.

Both are ARM based renderers. The RPi is more of a DIY solution requiring some assembly and configuration, but offers a phenomenal deal for the money.

The RPi (Raspberry Pi) is listed in the garage system and found as the clear acrylic box in the gallery.
