Well it seems like we'll have to decide on a name for this little site. I'd like to open this to any and all suggestions. Ones that have been tossed out include in no particular order:

Audio Fools

Audio Asylum

Audiocracy

Audio Amigos

Plain Jane Audio Talk

Sound Sanctuary

Noise Nirvana

HiFi Heaven

Any suggestions, comments, votes are appreciated. Or we can go on being the no name site.

I like the dual connotation of it being a place of refuge from the other sites and a place where people are crazy about audio.

I understand that over at the AR site there is a movement to rename it "Spare the Rod", but if they do I'll cast my vote for this site being named "Spoil the Geeber". ;-)

There might be some confusion to another audio website out there
called The Audiophile Asylum.

Let's hope this doesn't sway the vote or invite the wrath of their webmaster!

Not from a true trademark perspective. The complete names are different. Good detective work. Is the site popular?

I really did this as a lark in response to others suggestions. No ill will or revenge was intended whatsoever. I truly thought this would die a pretty quick death. Maybe help leverage getting the old site back. But something different happened so now what do we do?

Oh I never really thought there was any revenge factor involved,
I just thought the name was smart-alecky and catchy. And yes,
this site does now seem to be quite the going concern, doesn't
it? Let's make it the best site of it's kind that we can. If
I can help in some way, let me know.

I don't believe it's very popular. There's really not many hits on search engines directed towards the site and the webmaster doesn't particular advertise news of his site too much in local circles (r.a.h.e, r.a.o, AR, SS, etc.).
