Cable suggestions? Where to buy?

Just bought a HK AVR40, HK 8400 CD Player, and Infinity Compositions Overture 2. Now I need speaker wire and interconnects. Any suggestions? Admittedly, I don't need top of the line but, something modest and economical thats going to make a difference. I am fully aware this is pretty much a purely subjective opinion and most people probably rationalize their purchases with their wallet but I'd like to make a descision that is fairly informed. Do I go out and spend $60 on a set of Kimber PBJ's or will straightwire or Audioquest bottom of the line do? I've looked at Onecall and they have Kimber 4TC for $6.40 a foot, which is about what I've budgeted for speaker wire. Are there any other good online sources wirth checking besides One Call and Audio Advisor that sell online?
TIA

For basic interconnects, Carane aren't bad and run about $25 a pair. You buy them singly so make sure you ask for different colors. I've got 8 or 10 colors so I can tell the VCR from the other VCR cable in addtion to L/R ;)

Onecall is usually pretty cheap and quite realiable. I haven't used Kimber 4TC so I can't say on that one.
