A person over on AudiogoN asked if anyone knew what kind of interconnect this was. The RCA's look to me like an earlier version of current Furutech black RCA. Do you have any idea what brand these might be. Also could be DYI of course.

I can't identify the distinctive looking rca barrel. My hunch is it's an unbranded Chinese digital cable product purchased a number of years ago, or maybe it's a DIY build.

I would bet on it being an unbranded Chinese product rather than DIY, especially since the cable jacket under the see-through braided sleeving seems to be unmarked.

If I were to research the possibility of being a commercial cable, I would look into very early Acoustic Zen or Harmonic Tech digital cables, but wouldn't understand why there is no branding involved.

I think you might be right Duster, those odd RCA's are not familiar, however after looking at the new black Furutech rca's looks are very familiar. Thanks for your input ...

Is this the Furutech product you are referring to, The Dill? The barrel is similarly shaped, but otherwise it's a different rca connector design.

Yes Duster, that's it. Upon closer look, you are correct really not that similar.
