I need about 3 meters to reach the wall, perhaps even ten feet would be nice. The plug and socket ends must not come out just because the cable is so damm thick and heavy it won't support it's own weight--how about a "locking" connection? A right angle socket on the gear end should I need it (I do). I don't give a hoot what it sounds like--but it should look nice and feel nice. If it's so damm thick you need the turning circle of the Exxon Valdez to place it then better make that 10 meters in length. Everybody's so hung up on sound. Too many cables are just plain ugly and impractical. If I had a decent hammer and a band saw I'd make my own. |
Don't forget to lift the ground Hercules :-) (not), posted on July 16, 1999 at 21:46:15 | |
