any one knows anything about this product from YBA?

Can any share any information of this product, the Audio Refinement's Pre 5? I am looking for a pre-amp that can play with SACD input. The company also has another product the 20, which is a pre-amp with processer, in turns of the by pass, it looks like they are the same, should I buy the pre-amp with the processer? Any help will be appreciated.
