For the recommendation of the Parks Audio Budgie/7DJ8 combo. My vinyl rig has not sounded better. Also using the Nagaoka MP-150 cart. My second one arrived from Japan a week ago. Listening to The Planets by Holst, LA Phil/Mehta which for us tuba players is the gold standard, both Tommy Johnson and Roger Bobo performing on this one. Thanks again.

dust is miraculously detailed with digital photography, whatever dust is there, digital will find it. i don't know if that is a similar attribute of digital cameras as their remarkable ability in low light conditions.
it takes more than a cursory dusting to eliminate the appearance of a slovenly existence.
your copy of the planets looks to have the same amount of wear that my first and second copy did. my second one is way better than the first but the speakers corner copy made things all better. the 45rpm two disc set i have since bought will sound even better when i get around to opening it.
