I have a B&K 707 and the manual covers the calibration procedure. I'm not great with electronics but was able to follow that.
Also, the linked site provides lots of info on the 707 and possibly other models as well.

recommendations. He is a fantastic TV-7 tube tester repairman, but he only works on the TV-7. Hopefully he will know other folks that can help you. Dan did a thorough overhaul and calibration on my TV-7B.
I met Dan this morning at a Hamfest. I was impressed. He is also an audiophile, has designed a 300B amplifier that sounds worth hearing.
He will also work on the TV-10. He did a great job on mine quite a few years ago and it still is fine.
with a built in chart. I can now understand why Dan took it on. Nelson is so thorough and so complete. The paperwork he includes with the overhaul is so detailed, that it can be used to help sell the unit if I ever had to. He even performed a lot of cosmetic work after the electronic work was complete. Pretty impressive guy.
