I have been searching for sources for Teflon coated copper wire in 10 awg to 20 awg. I have found many sources for silver-plated copper wire in these sizes but have found no source for copper Teflon wire without the silver plating. Thanks.

If you can live with 22 gauge, CAT 5 or 6 plenum cable is cheap and easy to find. You can braid them for Litz style cable if you like. Different companies like different braiding geometries depending on where the cable is to be used.
I think cat 5 is 24 gauge.
You're right. Since things went to the 5E standard most cable suppliers went to 24 gauge. Some are selling 23 gauge for 5E and 6. To get 22 gauge in teflon reliably, specify CAT 3 plenum cable instead.
...for only 80 and 70 cents/foot, respectively. I think it's not on the site; call the warehouse (800/689-4434) and talk to Elliott.
