FM Fool can help you find new stations nearby.
What you need to be able to do is almost peg the SS meter on the weakest station you decide is worth listening to.
I have never heard an FM stage in overload from too strong a signal.
That big 11 element yagi does at least have a long life span.

Follow Ups:
We close on the property mid January. I have clear line of sight to the antenna farm of interest with 1 other FM station of interest that is probably just a few degrees off that. Based on Timbo's posts here I have built 2 rhombics into my rafter crawl space in our current home. When I have possession of the new place I'll probably have some specific questions on construction details. I suspect I'll construct at least one rhombic and put up a small tower with InnovAntenna and rotor as well.
The biggest issue is the limited number of commercial FM antennas on the market now, so I posted about the InnovAntenna high quality current production.
Listening, out!
