Do a Google search and you pretty much come up empty. I would say that they are better than the Sylvania 6NS7Ws. I had the Sylvania tubes installed but felt I was missing a lot of what I was getting with the 68HCs.

No you come up with the tube store selling 6h8c tubes and the tube I reference below ( the russion 6h8c)

The really expensive NOS Russian 6SN7 equivalent is a Melz Metal base. OK but the key are the plates, they are the hole plate variant. You'll have to get a good pair to decide for yourself if it is what you prefer sound wise
Here is the Melz at the tube store $89.95

The hole plate tubes look like they are made with an Erector Set if you are old enough to remember them. The holes are circular however. I will look for aa link.
I have a few pairs. The treble has a lot of energy and is sometimes bright. The NOS tubes that are still available from Russia and the Ukraine are highly microphonic.
The real McCoy is rarer than the Tung Sol round plates and has 1578 stamp on the glass, heavy duty metal bases, T-shape plates with the holes in the sides, and spring steel plate supports like Tung Sol oval plate construction!
