I have some of those KCC inrush current limiting but wouldn't find the data for these particular one. anyone here know the meaning of the numbers printed on these ?

KCC stands for Keystone Carbon Company, which is a subsidiary of Galco Industries.Lets see what else we can find.... Nothing at Mouser or Newark. look on your own.

How many are "Some"? What is the cold resistance? You could put them in a test rig and see what the current draw is before they melt or catch fire. :-)
Those look small so they probably have a low cold resistance or are for very low current. If you want the inrush protection to be functional, you really should just calculate and get known parts. Something like the CL90 (2 amps 120 ohms) or CL80 (3 amps 47 ohms) can work depending on your current draw. Unless there is some significant cold resistance, they are not going to do much as a primary inrush limiter.

got them in a mixed parts box so i haven't count them yet. i think there is must be 30~50 of these .worth getting some specs for them .
i will take some measure of the cold resistance soon
