How would you compare the midrange of the ATCs with that of the Quads?

Follow Ups:
The midrange with vocals sounds similar to the quads maybe a little recessed in comparison but very natural. it's the bass and the sparkle in the top end that really make them shine. They also produce a wall of music.
Thanks for the review - these are high on my list for next serious audio purchase.. if you don't mind, can you please comment on the sound-stage depth?
Being its a small room, I have the speakers out about 26" from the front wall, 8" from side wall toed in a little. The depth sound stage is excellent considering the room size. My wife made a comment that "it sounds like a concert without distortion" music fills the room and specific vocals and instruments are in places where they were recorded or sung. She has golden ears.....even wears ear plugs to protect her ears when I'm jumping on the volume in my main system.
Her take was - now you can sell the Quads!. I said never!
Good to know. Thanks!
