musetap you really took the wayback machine this time. That reeks of love beads and incense. I don't remember the band, but back then there were so many you had to pick and choose.
Last night, I was "leafing through" old High Fidelity magazine "pop music" reviews -- and happened to read a moderately positive one of a Peanut Butter Conspiracy album: " The Peanut Butter Conspiracy is Spreading "! :-)
It is on magazine page 86 of the PDF below (page 84/96 of the file itself).
