Such a nice, gentle and intelligent man, too. Remarkably well-read and able to intelligently discuss John Locke and T.S. Eliot. He talked about how he was plagued with self-doubt but Duane Allman, who didn't have much patience with self-doubt, dragged him out of it and pushed him to fulfill his potential. Duane's death clearly left a big hole in a lot of lives.
