Great song. Heard Frank perform it in Chicago around that time.
the drummer and bass player are really into it about half way through and FZ sounds great.
Merv Griffin had the superior band though, IMO.
CHECK OUT the AUDIO ASYLUM TRADER!
Certainly not the way I can today.
And performed on the Mike Douglas show, go figure. I couldn't appreciate Mike Douglas in 1976 either, but that hasn't changed. He always impressed me as a bit bewildered and about as dynamic as Al Gore.
Frank, however, was hip enough for the both of them.
Thanks FenderLover.
Frank is underrated as a guitar player IMO ........
Sorta like (even some style simularity) to Prince ...

He's is a very good axe wielder. Love that guitar! I using leave the door of the Pignose open about 1 to 2 inches. OD when you hit the strings hard or crank up the guitar's volume. OD reminds me of early 1960's Vox AC30's or Marshall 1962 Bluesbreaker.

that likes Pignoses. I'm in process of setting up some mxing software. Maybe, get some wave files and videos uploaded. I usually, like a bit cleaner tone. Just me.
