Hi,
I have the NAD 302 amp'.
I miss the controls of:
*Bass.
*Balance.
*Treble.
1. Is anyone knows how can i find 3 controls for this 302 model?
2. Is anyone knows measures of the holes that the controls are get in?
3. Some other AMP' models of NAD that maiby there controls will be fit?

Alternately, you could contact NAD and see if they, or your nearest authorized service center, could supply the missing knobs, or some alternates that would fit.
Yes - there is a NAD dealer in my area.
But they process a order from NAD main office once in a while , when they have a list of parts to order...
I did contat NAD main ofice...but nothing!
It looks like NAD really have a problems with the costumer servuce.

The audible/measurable differences between factory stock knobs and high-priced after-market knobs of exotic hardwood vs. machined brass vs. aluminum vs. etc. When I replaced my stock knobs with cryogenically treated ebony ones, the improvement was jaw-dropping: veils lifted, backgrounds became blacker, and all the other audiophile cliches. Even my neighbor's granny heard the difference, from across the street!

Everything sounds the same until you provide 1000 ABX tests with Tom Nousaine as proctor that definitively prove otherwise!
Oh, and don't forget to have those tests peer reviewed and published!

I suppose that's a good deal of it. Probably the rest is not having the interest or inclination. Or maybe not having the equipment and time. I know once I'm contented with the performance my interest in investigating further tends to wain. With only a single instance and user the risk from not fully understanding what's going on is low and consists only of possibly settling for a sub-optimal solution.
On the other hand Tweakers seems to be heading towards institutionalizing alchemy and condemning science and engineering and heaven forbid, measurements. I think part of that is just the problem you mentioned above, part is not wanting to mess with it, and part is believing silly assertions that DBT is the very embodiment of science so science is bad.
I haven't been following your adding batteries to the ground lately, have you found an especially good approach yet that works across components or systems? I messed around with a couple of 9V transistor radio batteries in series and parallel and could discern no effect whatever so I'm stuck. I think it would take a particularly clear-cut and controllable case to have any hope of chasing it to ground, as it were...

I've notices that with solid state gear, the effect is lessened. I can hear the tightening up of the bass line ( Marantz surround sound receiver and mirage bookshelf mains with an Energy sub), but real increase in dynamics.Transient attacks are a bit crisper however. I just purchased a 6Volt gel battery and will be experimenting with that. I suspect that since transistors are basically current amplifiers, they may need a bit more current ( supposedly). Try it on the preamp first.
A friend installed the battery on his Grado SR 60's which he uses on his mini Ipod. He claims the difference is staggering, almost analog like, although the battery is just as big if not bigger than his ipod.

Hey have you tried putting some low ESR, lo L caps across the batteries? The ones aimed at switchers should be able to make a 9V square have a lower Zout than a gel-cell for the amount of charge that can flow even at HF for this sort of setup.
I've got caps laying around from doing some switchers a few years ago maybe I'll try them on the transistor radio batteries and see if it makes any difference. At this stage of the game logic is out the window since I don't have a clue what optimum would be.
I only use solid state so perhaps it's just too numb to the effect. TBD.
