Does ANYTHING show up in device manager?
If not your cord and or DAC might be bad.
Follow Ups:
The Auralic USB 2.0 driver shows up in Device Manager but the status says "Windows cannot verify the digital Signature for the drivers required for this device"
Not sure what that means.

Very common issue in newer versions of Windows. One of the many reasons everyone is moving to the Raspberry Pi.
Or else, they just continue to use good old Windows 7, like me.
Or they get fed up with it all and go to a Mac, like me - (7 years ago).

Or just say screw them all and use Linux like me...:-)
Dynobots Audio - Music is the Bridge Between Heaven and Earth
Not that anyone who has been to a movie in the last 10 years would know it, but almost no one is using OSX. There are over twice as many (7.44%) PC users still using Windows XP and there are people using OSX 3.22%. Just saying.
I still prefer Windows 7, but the 64 bit version is abysmal for audio. Thankfully I have gotten out of the Windows PC audio scene.
It's good when latency is set really low. And stable too.
Just because something is more 'popular' doesn't make it 'better'. Just saying. ;-)
Yes, I can see that point of view. On the other hand, some software I prefer - JRiver,Dirac, etc. - is scaled back, buggy or otherwise several releases inferior in the Mac version.
