I had the pleasure to assist - in a very small way with a recording by Water Lily Acoustics in Santa Barbara of Arturo and a pianist (whose name escapes me at present) - and subsequently bought the vinyl - still one of my favorite recordings - "songs my mother taught me"

  Arturo recorded a program for solo violin (Ysaye, Kreisler, Bach) for Kavi in Santa Barbara. Circa 1991, IIRC.
  
  I assisted Arturo and David Hancock in NYC in May 1982 when he recorded "Songs My Mother Taught Me," and yes, his assisting artist was the lovely and talented Meg Bachman Vas.
