@Steve, what about your TIVa mids, do they have curved back plates? Like this:
Is the Mylar still attached at the foam tape strips? If not, the performance is really degraded. This seems to be common on these mids.

I have not yet pulled the socks off. The right mid buzzes so I swapped the mids out for B&G RD75's. Much better!

Those are ribbons in your mids?
Yes, they are my foil converted T-IVa mids. I will have to modify them one more time. If your T-IVa mids are buzzing, you need to rebuild them, new Mylar and re-wiring. Maybe, you can sell them to me?
