Return to Planar Speaker Asylum

Hi Guys
Quads Unlimited / Wayne Piquet seems to be the choice refurbisher from reading this forum.
How reliable is he? Has anybody had difficulties in dealing with him?
Cheers
Follow Ups:
I purchased a quad 57 bass panel from Wayne about a year ago which I installed myself. I was very impressed with the quality of the work and the new panel blended seamlessly with the originals. The panel was shipped promptly and well packaged.
Wayne Picquet refurbished a pair of my 57's about 3 years ago. I can't recommend him highly enough. Not only did he return the speakers sounding just out of this world (and they still do!), but he spent a great deal of time on the phone with me helping me sort things out.
He was very gracious, generous with his time, and a consummate professional.
I worked with both Wayne and Ken. I decided to go with Ken and his 63s. I am very happy. That said, I can tell you that I felt equally comfortable going with Wayne, I just decided for the 63s instead of the 57s.
Wayne refurbished 2 pairs of 57s for me. The first pair was refurbished about 7 years ago. They sound great and I have had no problems with them. I sold the second pair once I decided I was not going to stack them.
I don't know about Wayne, but Kent McCollum of Electrostatic Solutions refurbished my 63'S and they came back sounding just amazing.
Excellent work, great communication, superb customer service, Kent is very knowledgeable and able to discuss at length most any aspect regarding stats.
