When it comes to this I really only fear for my relatives which are old and sick. A few days ago my so called friends asked me for a help and after I came to their house they admitted testing positive for a virus but having no symptoms which made them sure they are not transmitting the virus...I had to tell my boss and consequently I'm on forced two weeks vacations and eating bacon &eggs for a few days now :) I scheduled test for Monday
.It is what it is .You try for the best and the rest is in Gods hands.
A teacher friend was exposed to it from her step Dad who DIDN'T know he had it (at the time).
Not sure how he's currently doing.
Her first test (THIS time) was inconclusive. Big help. Second test showed clear.
She is in quarantine as is her husband.
Her Mother died of it after a month (alone) in ICU.
Her brother and Father had it and are OK, as such.
She's a Catholic school teacher, her family very devout.
God's hands is a nice thought but He doesn't have shit to do with this.

Thanks. I went to test myself in Detroit's clinic. It was a slaughter house. A lot of people cramped inside a small lobby. I looked at the
sign-in sheet and there it was
. Reason for visit -Covid test. Few added a remark "feeling sick -Covid test" Seems like it didn't discourage many to leave the lobby. Nurse at the desk was coughing discretely. A bad dream even if one is slightly skeptical about the whole pandemic. Sure recipe for getting the virus. I'm positive they make tons of money on those tests. The doctor assured me it's all fine and I'm likely to be OK. Gotta believe in science then

Nope--I'm old/older, and I have never really feared death--tomorrow is promised to no one, and when your ticket is punched, you're gone.

Oh YES, I am sure that is the problem.
Why do we have all those dern hospitals anyway?
We dont need no stinkin' hospitals.
An we dont need no stinkin' doktors.
An we sure dont nned no stinkin' vakseens!

Right, it is as basic as that. No need for any of it.
