What bug can I have in my place.
The small (only at largest 5") 'webs' really just strands of web like stuff randomly back and forth in corners, maybe a total of six to a dozen strands., between things near each other (within 5"_.
Stated IN between the windows. Then inside the windows.
Then on floor at Amp near windows, and at curtain/floor radiator. Now further in room at some shelves.
Never have I found anything remotely like an insect.
So I am guessing way too tiny to see. The real reason I find them is cleaning. I notice them mostly because dust sticks to them.
So... What is taking over my place? Aliens?
I had sprayed general roach killer like stuff. Seemed to not affect whatever is making them. (Aliens.. teeny tiny aliens is my bet.)
Follow Ups:
They are made by small spiders, with dis-proportionally long legs/small body that look sort of like mini daddy-long legs (which are not really spiders). I don't know the species off hand.
They are harmless, and will catch small insects in the house. They are short lived, but reproduce well, hence all the webs.

PS. spiders are not insects.
Just a coincidence today I decided to vacuum under the couch. When I moved it a small spot on wall at edge of couch back, close to latest sightings of silk, moved.. ah hah! got you!
I have over 90% confidence the spider caught is the one making the web 'ettes.
If so, spiders are known to easily survive a trip down that tube and come out (starting in your vacuum storage closet) unharmed.
So the spray should be enough to paralyze the critter. If not kill it.

The critter appears to be hiding inside the roof rack and creates sparsely populated threads across the corner of the rack. Never seen her but she's been there for at least three months now. I assume she's been escaping the wet weather we've been having. I presume she likes being driven around just like my dog does.
We get these in the PNW. Supposedly, they hitch a ride from the midwest states...or so the myth goes.
...in a hedge in Cairn, Australia.
Most Aussie funnel web species are quite poisonous and can make you very sick. The Sydney region one, some of which exist around here is the worst.
Antivenene's exist here though.

I would not be surprised that this arachnid gets around the planet. If it's the same we have it will be known for a nasty bite that causes the wound to fester or otherwise doesn't want to heal. It's probably just me, but I prefer not to make pets out of 'em. 8-]
