Ordered Campfire Vega IEMs and after much research, a suitable amp. I always wanted a Ray Samuels headphone amp and old Ray is still in business. I ordered a Shadow. Its a little bitty amp. Just the thing for IEMs. Started breaking it in this afternoon and even at this stage its a keeper. Chrisp clear music with great well controlled bass. This is through Sean 238s. Campfires not here yet
Follow Ups:
notice it opening up more and the bass becomes more solid. An excellent amp.

Yes, The Shadow has gotten better with a few hours on it.Vegas have improved as well. I do not do Hi Rez portable. I prefer the simplicity of a iPod playing Apple Lossless tunes. I can connect it to my BMW 335i or my Tacoma pick up truck , but the best is the Shadow and the Vegas.
