If they were complete, with the connection box it would be a screaming deal for $9.95. As another responder said, you need the connection box.
The Koss ESP-6 stereophonic were electrostatics that ran in self energized mode. It took part of the audio signal and created bias voltage for electostats. Because of this, you couldn't listen softly for too long, unless you periodically would raise the volume.
They do require a fair amount of drive, so speaker level output are necessary. One thing to watch out for is the connection box ties the grounds of both speakers together, which for some amps kills them.
I had a friend who had a set in the 70s, and I felt they were good electostats for it's day. In those days I had a set of Koss ESP-9s. I ended driving them with a Marantz 2270.
