A fair assessment and a kind comment

please allow me to impart a piece of wisdom given to me after a truly shitty divorce ...
... despite anything that makes you who you are, no matter how that gets expressed, you deserved a break and better than that in order to be better than that ... you still do!
but you'll never get there until you give one to yourself
[so I did]
take care man!
It think it supposed to be YOUR number 1 not the charts favorite. For some women it's never enough and we tend to make the same mistakes at least twice for some bogus reasons. I know I did too...All the best
Sorry - it was meant to be number 1 on the Charts.
I see a lot of divorced men in Hong Kong and they tend to get together with Philipino women. My Neighbor in Canada was divorced and is now married to a Filipina and told me he would never again marry a western woman.
I say this in general and in my experience only Filipina's are more old-fashioned and family-centric and often Catholic. So depending on the type of guy you are and your upbringing these women can be a gold mine for a guy. They cook, clean, and take care of their man. They don't mind dating older men either so it is common to see a 60+-year-old guy with a 35-45-year-old woman. Granted some of this is about finding a man who will look after them but in return, they look after you. They are usually very friendly and sweet and many are quite educated but it is so corrupt in the Philippines that a qualified Nurse there will make less than a maid in HK.
When the pandemic is over - divorced men looking for this sort of older fashioned kind of woman might look to get online and eventually meet up with some of them. Their English is also generally quite good unlike Japan or South Korea or China so that is a definite plus in their favor. Lastly, The Philippines is a nice place to visit so if you do go and meet her family - it can be a nice vacation.
OK, I am going to the Philippines as soon as the pandemic is over!
