Few from San Diego, thats for sure.
Daunting 100 mile each way PLUS drive. And that's from my house as near as you can get in SD county to where the show is.
Add 25 to 50 Each Way for anybody else, further South than I.
Add hotel? Add gas? (Ca. gas tax 2nd highest in nation) Parking? Munchies for day? 4 hours of driving, traffic allowing?
Sorry, I'm gonna sit this one out. Maybe if I could have FLOWN up from Carlsbad to LAX and taken the shuttle over?
Too much is never enough
Nice coverage! jnr

Uber!
I used to live in LA, more or less.... it's all a mess down there! I was there last month and counted 7 northbound lanes on the 405 freeway, all moving at a snails pace in bumper to bumper stop n' go traffic. This was 2:30pm in the afternoon! Does rush hour start that early now, basically right after lunch? ;-)
Post show pictures please!

And, the San Francisco Bay area is just as bad, or worse.
For all their environmental-friendly yapping, those are two of the worst places to drive. Seriously?: Two hours to go 15 miles (Berkeley to S. SF) over the Bay Bridge? You HAVE to be kidding, yet, it's true.
:)
How can people live like this?
Hope link worked, showing Nov 2016, remarkable traffic.I worked for 2 months in the late 80's(!) as a resident at the UCLA Wadsworth Hospital, and would wait til after 730 pm to go to a relative's place. I would peek out the library window, and if the traffic south was less, I could go.
Now one would wait til after 11 pm on Fridays, maybe later.

yes, 405 near airport. sure.
Also, any esp East West highway except 210, which jams up later going home.
For those attending, post pics for the rest of us.
