A.A. has become a secure site.
One possibility is the BROWSER the person is using has some issues with registering 'certificates'. The user should check his blocking protocols in his browser. (this may be beyond a total 'not a computer geek' type)
Another possibility is the person uses a saved link, which is now broken. And they should GOOGLE Audio Asylum. And click from there... Instead of his 'saved' link.
Sometimes the saved link dies, and then it should just be deleted, and Google up A.A. and connect. Re-adding the 'new' connection to favorites.
I have had that happen to me a few times.
Follow Ups:
My friend was finally able to access AA via his phone this morning, than rebooted his computer and was able to access AA at home as well.
I have found that some sites won't allow adblock but there is usually a warning that you need to disable adblock in order to gain access.
