I loved his tone
His band was one of the best live acts of the '70s - was fortunate enough to see them live - U2 was the opening band
They were huge in Detroit
I'll be playing "Bloodshot" and "The Morning After" today

It borders on criminal that The J. Geils Band is not in the R&R Hall of Fame.
There are so many inferior acts that are in.
All that needs said about their selection process.
