Can anyone tell me what type of capacitor this General Electric 26F6743 FC is? I'm assuming the FC stands for Film Capacitor but I'm not sure what a film capacitor is. I can tell you it's a very large can type of cap being 4.25" H x 2.75" W x 1.75" D and I can hear some liquid inside when I shake it. I originally assumed that meant it was a PIO cap, but now I'm not sure. Any help would be appreciated...

"The man that hath no music in himself, nor is not moved with the concord of sweet sounds, is fit for treasons, deceptions, and spoils;
The motions of his spirit are dull as night and his affections dark as Hell. Let no such man be trusted."

It is a poly film motor run cap with an oil coolant. There are audio uses for them. First cap (or last cap) in a tube high voltage supply. A little big, however.
