I recently purchased a 4 figure audio component from Acoustic Sounds. There was a malfunction with the unit and it never worked properly. When I contacted Acoustic Sounds, they sent out a brand new replacement unit that works perfectly, and they arranged for a pickup of the broken unit.In an age of increasingly poor and shoddy customer service, I just wanted to commend those guys at Acoustic Sounds who took complete care of the situation adn who provided superb customer care. Bravo!

I've never had a problem like yours. In fact I've never had any problems at all, which is, of course, a plus in itself.
Does never having had any problems actually constitute a problem?Anyways, "I" never had the problem, it was the "equipment" that had the problem, and the situation was promptly and efficiently resolved by Acoustic Sounds, with whom I experienced no "problem."
What I meant, but obviously didn't make clear, is that I never bought any equipment from them, so never encountered that sort of problem, i.e., a defective item. However, I have made quite a few software purchases from them and have never had any problems at all. So my experience has been very positive.
