Anyone know of a dedicated P-1A forum somewhere?I'd really like to learn more about it's current and planned capabilities, and springboard ideas for new and better ways to use it.
For example: What additional hardware/software would I need to use it as a digital x-over? (2 or 3-way)
Can I feed it AC-3 and have it give me 2-channel PCM stereo?
Lots of fun things could be done with this device. The bottleneck will be software development by P Tech. I'm hoping there will be a mechanism for requesting new features at least. At best I wish they would provide/sell dev kits :).
Anyone else interested in this amazing device?

I own one and find it irresistable. If it was matte black I'd be sure it came out of the cockpit of a Stealth Fighter. It's tiny, and heavy. The back is all AES/EBU, I2S, and COAX packed! The front controls are ergonomic simplicity with a great, quality feel.
From their ads and lit the P-1A looked like a big cheap upright plastic box. It ain't. It's very cool. If they make a matching tiny little digital amp...
This is it. These guys have engineered a helluva little box.
yeah! If it could measure the compensation data instead of a plug & play. I want to reduce it's need 1st via proper XOs. The less it has to do the better the outcome. Personally, I'd like to hear a real time anti-noise feedback system.
