You have some very nice gear that could certainly benefit greatly from good power cords. I would try a VH Audio Type 4 cord on your amp and a Type 3 on your CDP. Both are very reasonable for the level of excellence they provide sonically. If your speakers and setup allow fairly high resolution, I think you'll be shocked with the improvement good cords can make.

I have a #4 on my amp, a #2 on my pre and a #1 on my DVD, although it's separate from the stereo.
I totally agree. I am still amazed with the difference the #4 made in my setup and I'm sure the other flavors are just as good. IMHO the performance to price ratio for this cord can't be beat.
