I have no illusions about them being "real" or not, but the price is right and they look nice. Just wondering if anybody tried them? Another undiscovered gem or just bling-y junk?
Follow Ups:
Junk. I would not use a knock-off with Accuphase gear.
I've one on the way, it should be here by Tuesday. | found a couple of them offered on eBay by USA sellers | feel I owe it to myself to at least try it, at $34 | 1.5M why not?.
I'd ask if any of you actually decide to purchase this cord?, I'd love to hear your findings, as I've found myself more than a tad bit curious as to the possibilities, but in all seriousness am only looking for one more power cord | as I changed around the placement of two I've in my main system, and was totally amazed at how my Jena Labs Crimson Red RX power cord ( silver plated copper ) with a set of IeGO 8095 power plugs ( rhodium plated over pure silver | $290 the set ) responded on my Denafrips Pontus ll DAC..., it was if all the top end detailing | spaciousness all of a sudden surfaced | and offers a sense of textual tonality I'd only dream of in a past life.
While I'm a proponent of pure silver or silver plated copper IC's | USB cables | power cords on said DAC, as well as into either integrated amp as the mood strikes?, I never felt the desire to try different gauged cords on each component | yet the old adage that 10-9 gauge cords are primarily designed to be used on higher current drawn electronics | it seems there are times where even on low current based equipment, the usual 16-12 gauge cords are indeed more effective. And here I'm totally smitten by cords which easily surpassed my previous $400-$800 cords, I'd have never thought such was possible from cords ranging from $30-$60-$125 could be so beautifully balanced.
One more pair of said Chinese designed pure silver | silver plated copper OCC IC's to the list as well | it seems I'll set for life.
All those naysayers knocking Chinese designed cables, be damned, I know what I hear | feel as an amazing task to say the least.

Here's what one of the young men over on the Head-Fi site had to say on various cables | you'll note he mentions said Accuphase based cloned power cord:

I'll jump in here with my observations as a longtime follower of this thread. @dougms3 is on the money in his post - the Odin Golds are an excellent place to start and offer incredible value. They do vary, but my (successful) approach has been to stick to well reviewed items from popular sellers. I am a fan of the audioConnector store and bought my Odin ICs from them here: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...tewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US
For what it's worth, in my system the Odin Gold ICs were beaten (only just) by a pair of Tara Labs RSC Vector ICs bought here: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...tewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US. They offered a smidgeon better insight, clarity and a wider soundstage, at the expense of a touch of the warmth of the Odins. Fantastic cables overall.
On power cables, the "gold star" as far as many are concerned goes to the Odin Gold, of which there are also a number of variants. I bought mine from Getwire on the back of good experiences in this thread: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...tewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US. I haven't received mine yet, but have had incredible success with an Accuphase clone that has had a lot of coverage in the Australian forums: https://www.aliexpress.us/item/3256...tewayAdapt=glo2usa4itemAdapt&_randl_shipto=US. Can't wait to compare the two, but the Accuphase will be tough to beat.
It makes me wonder just how many undiscovered but incredible cables are available on AE but have yet to have their limelight. Count me addicted.
Said photo is of my own personal stash.
Thanks! Very instructive.

I have a few power cables. They look and feel great - especially for the 15 to 35$ they cost - and they're certainly better than stock cable. I know a guy who swears by them. I much prefer the fake Odin alternatives but, for the price, they're worth trying. I haven't tried the interconnects but I wouldn't expect those to be anything special.
Here are authentic Accuphase Cables:
