It did nothing for my sub.....the amps in these things are so efficient (inexpensive class D usually) they need very little power requirement.

There are a few power cords made for class D amps. Those are probably the ones to audition for subwoofers with class D amps.

My experience has been that class D amps are very sensitive to PCs.

It sounds like it Jack, I can't believe it. After burn in even better? I also cut off the terminals to the speaker and soldered (WBT) them onto the tabs - The wiring inside these subwoofers (B&W) is not exactly top drawer stuff. I'd like to peek inside a current B&W and see if any progress has been made. This what happens when engineers and accountants design things.
