Any opinions on Stealth audio cables (speaker, I/C, power)? Comparisons?
Follow Ups:
In my system, in my opinion, the Stealth Dream power cords were the best I've ever heard. They had almost all the speed and resolution of the Nordost Valhalla, but were not as thin and analytical. The Dream still found a way to remain musical.
I also owned the Indra and Metacarbon interconnects and the Hybrid MLT speaker cables. I liked all of these very much, but oddly enough, not together. I got my best results when running the Stealth interconnects with Jade Audio speaker cables, or Jade Audio interconnects with Stealth Audio speaker cables. All Stealth was a bit too lean for me, all Jade was a bit to rich and warm for me. Mixing them resulted in the best sound I've ever heard.
The Stealth Indra IC's are anmong the finest around, and IMHO the Stealth Sextet digicable IS the finest around. Plus, Sergui is a gentleman and provides unparalled service.

You made my point...it's hit or miss and the real crime is you don't understand just how much musical realism your missing as well:O)

Still shilling for MIT huh Dave?
Do you even understand what you are implying? Check your terms before you use them please. Nice misdirection however, rather than discussing the cables themselves. FYI, I have never had a relationship with MIT cables other than as a long term customer. Of course, I also have the right of free speech....perhaps that disturbs you? Maybe you prefer going unchallenged or do you just enjoy minimizing alternative points of view? Well sir, which is it?

You've done the same thing on Audiogon and other websites. You simply break into any cable thread and say "MIT...MIT...MIT..." You've been doing it for years. If you have something to say about Stealth cables, share your experiences, list the models used. I don't care for you trying to force feed your MIT cables on everyone you come across, whether they are interested or not. Which fact was wrong? That your name is Dave?
I've heard MIT cables many times over the years, going back to the 330's and the 750 music hose in the 80's to the Magnum and Oracle series more recently. While I can see why some may like them, they are too dark for my tastes. I've heard them sound good with some equipment that I consider bright though. I simply don't buy the gear that sounds bright and needs to be tamed in the first place.
I do know several guys that are big fans of MIT, but most of them are fans because they got a great discount (50-75% off list). At 50-75% off list, MIT cables are much more competetive with other cables. At their list prices they simply cannot compete. Of course, as always, YMMV.
I was referencing the term "shill", which does not apply, as it insinuates that I am in a relationship with MIT....I AM NOT! As long as these sites allow the free exchange of ideas I'm afraid that on occasion, I will make a comment or two....unless someone made you head of censorship? Enjoy:O)

I've had the pleasure of hearing most of the upper end of Sergi's cables, Dream power cords and speaker cables, Indra and Sakra interconnects. They are superb cables. And I'm saying this as a competitor.
As they should be...they are wires afterall, nothing more! They will also yield varying degrees of success because of component electrical dissimilarities. That's why the MIT's are more predictable...just one of the benefits they offer; component impedance matching. There are so many more of course. All you have to loose is the music:O)

Your second sentence is nonsense!
What part didn't you understand? The part where I indicated I'll say whatever I want perhaps?

I've owned or demo'd a large portion of the Audiophile Cable Library, and the bottom line is that all the new age voodoo in the world isn't going to change the fact that wire alone will offer variable results. MIT, especially the new Matrix series, address signal transmission with science, good ears and the Patents to back it up. They offer a recreation of the musical event in the home...no need to say more, except try some in your home and listen for yourself:O)
