On paper sure. With difficult to drive or power hungry ones, the Rogue may well be the better choice. But the Quickie likely has higher quality parts and with easy to drive speakers or a small room it would likely be subjective preference, the Rogue more neutral, the Quickie more dimensional.

I can only speak for the Rogue as I own the previous non-MkII version. It is outstanding. I have had other more expensive amps in my setup and have kept the Rogue.
Not knowing which speakers the OP owns, I would also consider the Rogue to be a safer bet. There's nothing like having a 'wonderful' amp that is under powered. It just doesn't work well.
